Mild virilization (acne, androgenetic alopecia, hirsutism and even some physical virilization).

Increased levels of testosterone, DHEAS, and prolactine (there are prolactine receptors in the suprarenal glands).

The rest is normal

Drugs should always be ruled out and hypophysary treatment sought for.
